Is a 22 acre former industrial site 2 miles outside of Newark town centre requiring the demolition of extensive redundant buildings and ancillary service areas. Full remediation of the land to a residential development standard including construction of a balancing pond and infrastructure provision to support comprehensive residential development is underway.

 

Planning permission is being sought for up to 324 predominantly 2,3 4 & bedroom houses.
